Bureau of Pharma PSUs India (BPPI) is the implementing body of Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP Scheme). BPPI was founded by the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Government of India, in December 2008. The Bureau was incorporated as an autonomous company under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, as a separate independent legal entity in April 2010. BPPI follows the rules of GFR 2017, as revised from time to time, the recommendations of the CVC, and the directives of the Department of Pha
