Other social media sites allow YOU to control who follows you. We should have "Approve"/"Deny" options here. If you are being harassed by one of your Followers, write to JP and supply them with all the details pertaining to your unpleasant experience. Writing to your puzzle pals won't help end this problem. It only makes you feel better and your friends worry for you :)
